TSS HAS A NEW ADDRESS!

The company is pleased to announce its relocation to a larger facility in Hillside, New Jersey.

"We are up and running in a much larger, technology-driven facility which also includes a  3 bay service garage and a 3+ acre yard; we are outfitted to serve our client base better in every phase of our business," declared TSS President Jim Connelly.

Since its founding in 1986 by CEO Kenneth W. Battiato, TSS has built a solid reputation offering a complete array of repair and maintenance services for commercial properties, including office, industrial, and shopping center sites.

In addition to New Jersey, TSS now serves all of Long Island and Connecticut as far North as Hartford from its Massapequa, NY, facility. The TSS corps of specialists ranges from general laborers to skilled technicians.

TSS has also recently expanded its vehicle fleet to keep pace with business growth.

"We just added ten new vehicles, including 4 new sweepers, 4 new perimeter trucks, another dump truck and a utility vehicle," said Battiato.

So the fleet’s in, more than 70 in all. That also includes facility technician vans and Mack Roll-off trucks for 10 to 30-yard dumpsters.

Four recently-acquired NightHawk sweepers are fuel-efficient and run quietly. Both are important and the latter ensures late-hour operation without disturbing the comfort zone of nearby residents.

Perimeter trucks diligently monitor site borders to gather debris remnants sweepers cannot collect.

"We have celebrated a great 2007 and with this added ‘ground support’ expect to cover even more ground in 2008," added Connelly. "We have assembled the best, most up-to-date pieces of equipment in the industry."

 Today the firm’s employee roster is nearly 100 strong.
