Mr. Rega joined TSS Facility Services Inc. in 2008 to head the Construction Division, overseeing all construction projects and development. Matthew is in charge of estimating, preparing bid packages, project coordination and project management, as well as client relationships of hospitals, universities and real estate companies, making sure they are well served and satisfied.  

Over the last 15 years, Matthew's experience has covered many types of real estate projects, from office, residential, and commercial to retail / industrial construction and renovation, including ground up, interior and exterior construction projects. Prior to joining TSS, Matthew was project manager at Sterling Construction. His duties included capital improvement and construction projects at hospitals, laboratories, universities and educational institutions, as well as commercial and retail tenant fit-outs.
